Kendall Kinnear is the owner/operator behind Argos Home Inspection. Located in Vernon and services Kelowna, Kamloops, Revelstoke, and all surrounding areas. Kendall comes from the world of commercial and residential restoration. During this time, he was a water restoration technician and mold remediation specialist who took part in hundreds of remediation projects for many different clients. Kendall’s first-hand understanding of how water damage can affect the home and systems inside and the effects and signs of long-term water damage will help Kendall protect his clients from the number one cause of major damage in homes, water ingress.
Kendall went on to complete the Carson Dunlop home inspection training program. This program provides some of the best training for home inspectors in North America. Kendall is a proud member of the Home Inspectors Association of British Columbia (HIABC), which allows him to further his knowledge and skills as technology changes and the industry grows.
